We are in search of a female personal assistant (Female) for our real estate business to join our team. The candidate must have previous experience in real estate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting about leads (weekly and daily).
  • To follow up clients and leads.
  • Manage leasing and sales process in our CRM.
  • Managing our social media and portals.
  • Managing leasing contracts and sales.
  • Office operations on daily basis like telephone, scheduling of appointments.
  • Communicating with clients on phone.
  • Maintaining other property asset, filling, general admin, etc.

 

ABOUT YOU:

  • Must have a positive attitude towards work and dynamic minded.
  • Must have previous knowledge in administration.
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English.
  • Must have minimum 1 year of office experience.
  • Age limit 32 years.
  • Experience in social media will be preferred.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge is required in Ms. Work excel and outlook.
  • Adobe Photoshop is a plug point.
  • Strong communication skills and candidate with husband visa can also apply.

Salary: AED 3,000 Monthly
