We are a travel and Rent a Car business located in Dubai searching for a Filipina Secretary

Jobs Responsibilities:

– welcoming walk in customer/clients and offer drinks

– Answering queries in person, by email or phone.

– Hotel Booking and Ticketing, Visa typing, arranging and filling documents as record.

– Creating account summary and Daily Report, submitting overstay and last day reminder

– Cash Handling, Petty Cash, generating invoice, account statement, Bank transfer, Collecting amount, delivering bills, book keeping, Processing, Tallying Tax Invoice.

– Making certain the office is neat and tidy. Providing professional atmosphere

– Creating deal for car renting, submiting contract in RTA system

– Some other duties assigned by the company’s manager.

We are Looking for:

– hard-working

– Multi-tasking

– Quick Learner

– Can give progress under pressure

– Must have knowledge of computer use and should be fast typer

– Have to know how to make use of microsoft office programs like Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint

– The candidate must be Flexible

Working experience in a Tourism business is a plus point

Type of Job: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 to AED3,000.00 /month
