1. Greet guests
2. Answering screen and ahead all calls which can be incoming keep messages.
3. The receiving of couriers and letters etc. & send them to concern person.
4. Check, forward and sort mails.
5. Track workplace place and materials sales when required.
6. Take up other ad hoc duties as assigned.
1. Must have experience as front desk rep.
2. Expertise with office machines (printer, fax etc.)3. Fluent in English.
4. Good knowledge of MS-Office (particularly excel and word)
5. Solid communication skills.
