The objective of the this job hiring is to give better service to our clients and improve their customer quality at our company Right Bite.
To make the operations smooth of the customer service section, and the motive is to provide the best service to client and to attain the department target plans.
Here is the short description to read:
Organize & apply Quarterly strategy for Customer Service division and to make sure that targets are reached according to the plan.
Abroad CSRs from “Deals” viewpoint guarantee sufficient and proficient customers administration.
To speak to Customer benefit division in all Management gatherings, examine issues and plans identified with the office.
Prepare the group and guarantee they are fully informed regarding the activity prerequisite and everyday tasks.
Survey, Analyze customer’s database and criticism, create gives an account of various angles with the end goal to hold, increment recharging, pull in and enhance their fulfillment.
Handle customers issues with polished skill, investigate it and prompt on arrangements.
Handle/create new leads and convert investigation into new/prospect customers.
Liaise and speak with the various offices for smooth coordination on everyday activities
- Qualifications & Competencies:
Good computer using knowledge/skills
Bachelor’s degree holder or above like MBA Degree
Excellent business agreement or communication skills
Strict superior knowledge in the same industry
Great english skllls both spoken and written language
Arabic would be a plus point.
Atleast 5years of Customer Service Skills
