Organ meat for example kidneys, goose, liver, shellfish, anchovies and herring are lying in the same category. Fishes like salmon, beef lean cuts should be eaten in moderation.

Other High-Purine Foods

Other uric acid food contain all kind of meat extracts like soups that are rich in purine compounds. Some alcohol like beer also contains high amount of purines. Alcohol produce high amount of purines that increase the uric acid level.
