We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain customer records and update account information.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
