Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will assist in various tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos, emails, and reports.
Support project coordination by gathering and preparing materials, taking notes, and tracking deadlines.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records, as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
