Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and address customer inquiries with a friendly demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and present menus.
Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings.
Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
