Description:

We’re looking for Mall Security Guard to protect and serve the shoppers and employees of the mall. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to handle any situation that arises in a calm and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality customer service by enforcing security policies and reporting suspicious activity
Assist property and facility maintenance personnel and contractors in performing their tasks
Maintain property and equipment, and complete daily work reports
Respond to customer complaints, and handle visitor

Requirements And Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly organized
Excellent attendance
Knowledge of retail security practices
Awareness of store policies and procedures
Works well independently and/or as part of a team
