Duties & Responsibilities:
The applicant will need to monitor the office supplies, pantry supplies and stationaries
Making coffee and tea and to serve it to the guests
Setting up of the meeting rooms and board rooms
Helping the secretaries, receptionist and other staff of administration assistants to do their duties like filling and scanning of documents, printing documents, photocopying and other things related to administration.
