  • Managing the administrative management and office of our Abu Dhabi office on daily basis.
  • Dealing with correspondence and acting as first contact source with correspondence.
  • Receiving phone calls, requests and inquiries and handling then when required
  • Booking the transport and arranging travel and accommodation when required
  • Greeting and meeting visitors
