Female document controller/ secretary required in Dubai.

The applicant must have 5 to 10 years of experience

Responsibilities:

The applicant will need to collect reviews and information within in the organization. Will need to use the existing reports or new reports.

These reports will be in graphical format or in spreadsheet.

The applicant will need to verify data that has been collected like matching file copies against supplier invoices.

Answering telephone calls and maintaining records of equipment.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • High school diploma
  • Good skills in English
  • Should have good typing speed
  • Good experience with using Ms. Window, Ms. Office and other database softwares, etc
  • Must be fluent in English
  • The applicant should be available in the UAE
