Once I was working on a project that is submitted in 90 days but my supervisor ordered me to submit the project in 60 days due to some reasons. Although this is the most critical and challenging moment to handle but I have easily managed to discuss it with your other team members and share the workload to complete the project. Due to the help of the great people in the group I can complete my project in 56 days.

Answer
I am working in a well know company and my supervisor had to leave to another city due to some reason and I was acting supervisor of the floor. Due to this unexpected situation, I am leading the floor and I want to attend the meeting with the clients. To prepare for the meeting I have just prepared the PowerPoint presentation and easily manage to convince our client to work with us. This is a huge success for me to handle this challenging situation very well and the office gives me an award.

Q3) Have you ever made a mistake? How you handle it?

What they want to know
If you are living in this world then you know this thing that no one is perfect and everyone can make mistakes but the main thing is how you solved your mistakes. The interviewer wants to check how you handle your error.

Answer
Once I was working in a club and I misquoted a fee to the client, this was a huge mistake and I direct went to my supervisor and told him about the situation. He was very happy that I am honest with him and he ordered to revise the quotation sent to the client. Although the client joined our club.

What they want to know
In this question, the interviewer wants to ask about your planning and how can manage and achieve your goal.

Answer
I was working in a superstore and I want to complete my degree in business and I don’t have enough money so I planned to work for more than 6 months to save the money for my degree. Then easily I can complete my degree.

What they want to know
The hiring manager is interested to ask you about you have been able to achieve your goal.

Answer
I was working in a company and I want to be successful in this company and want to get the award. I worked hard for the award and I tried to work smartly and solved all the problems and finally able to get the award.

What they want to know
Many jobs require dealing with other team members and in this question, the hiring manager wants to ask you about your relationship with other team members.

Answer
When I was in my final year I was working in a research department and I convinced other team members to meet with the professor individually before the meeting and I can meet with him and convince him about my project.
